And people did. The owners saved the scraps of writing, and this book is a collection of the best bits, combined with a few short essays, and some appealing photographs.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a lovely book but far too short. Had I bought it, I might not have felt I&#8217;d gotten my money&#8217;s worth.
