I’m supposed to write a post for every day, but sometimes I get lazy and fall behind, and sometimes I might even get a little cranky and question the whole point of it. So I remind myself that the point is to document this strange time in history so that later, when I don’t remember the details, I’ll have a collection of posts about the things that I and my family said and did and thought. I also remind myself that ideally I’d have a post for every day, even if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic, even if life were normal, just as proof that I lived that day and that my life wasn’t all just a speeding blur. And I say to myself, “You’ll thank me later.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
