It’s a common coping mechanism to look for things to like in a situation that you hate. That is, we all need our silver linings. So naturally I was searching for something good to be said about the changes happening at work, and I thought to myself, “Well, at least I won’t have to write those stupid blurbs<\/a> anymore.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
