A Matter of Trust

Now that Elizabeth Warren is out of the presidential race, I have to pick a new candidate. Bernie supporters all seem to assume we Warren supporters are going to switch to their camp, because he’s the more progressive candidate, but they’re forgetting how much character matters in a presidential race. I’m not going to officially choose until I have reviewed their individual platforms and records, but I’m leaning toward Biden. My reasoning is simple: I like Biden better as a person, and I trust him. In the age of Trump, trust is in short supply. It’s something to treasure, and it’s something to vote for.
